DO WE ACCEPT MEDICAL AID?

We do accept Medical Aids, although you will need to ensure whether physiotherapy is covered by your specific medical aid and what the terms are -If it comes out of the savings component of your plan or whether you will need a referral to be treated by a physiotherapist.

DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?

If you are using your Medical Aid- certain plans do require you to have a doctor's referral therefore it is important to know what your Medical Aid covers.

WHAT WILL I NEED FOR MY FIRST CONSULTATION?

Kindly ensure you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time to fill in the required patient detail form. Bring/wear comfortable clothing as we would need to assess and treat your injured area/s.
We also believe in exercise to promote healing- therefore comfortable clothing is essential
